Endurance test


To practice sports is a healthy activity for our body. I think that marathons or triathlons, and cycling are hard sports. People need good health condition. They have to practice every day and they have discipline at the time to eat. To be a winner, experience, motivation and goals are factors that someone needs to defeat his opponents. Play basketball, soccer, tennis, golf are sports easier than the last sports because we make less effort. Practicing sports prevents heart disease, and it makes us feel better and with good physical condition.
